NGUYEN HONG THU

Nguyen Hong Thu is a Senior Researcher fellow, Head of International Economics Department, Institute of World Economics and Politics. She graduated from Hanoi University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, got a master degree in economics from the University of Economics – Vietnam National University, and received a PhD in economics from the Vietnam Graduate Academy of Social Sciences.

Her main research fields are international trade, international investment, global supply chain, sustainable development, etc. She has presided a number of research projects, published a number of books as well as many articles in Vietnam’s leading academic journals such as Review of World Economic and Political Issues, Vietnam Social Sciences Review, Communist Review, Financial & Monetary Market Review.
